Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Payments: In order for you to be enrolled in a Program and to participate in it, you must make payment of the Program fee within the stipulated timelines. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your admission and forfeiture of some or all of the Program fee. You will receive an acknowledgment of your payment within 7 working days of receipt.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the time limits stipulated for the Program you applied to. CloudOnHire and/or its Partners have no obligation to issue a refund if you cancel your participation after the stipulated cancellation deadline. Kindly note that cancellation policies vary from Program to Program. Please familiarize yourself with the cancellation policy of the Program you are applying to, prior to submitting your application to the Program. By submitting your application to the Program, you undertake that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of that Program including its cancellation and refund policy, and you agree to be bound by it.
Cancellation requests can be raised 2 (two) days before the Batch Start Date as stipulated by CloudOnHire and/or their Partner.
Refunds:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the time limits stipulated for the Program you applied to. You may be eligible for a full refund, or, a partial refund, or, no refund at all, depending on when you make your refund request. Kindly note that refund policies vary from Program to Program. Please familiarize yourself with the refund policy of the Program you are applying to, prior to submitting your application to the Program. By submitting your application to the Program, you undertake that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of that Program including its cancellation and refund policy, and you agree to be bound by it. Please note that the Program application fee is Non-Refundable once paid.
Refund Requests can be raised 2 (two) days before the Batch Start Date as stipulated by CloudOnHire and/or its Partner. The time limits and respective refund amounts are as follows: –
No Refund will be issued in case the request is raised less than 2 (two) days before the Batch Start Date.
50% of the Program Fee may be refunded in case the request is raised between 2 (two) to 10 (ten) days before the Batch Start Date.
100% of the Program Fee may be refunded in case the request is raised more than 10 (ten) days before the Batch Start Date, after deducting the minimum Rs.10,000/- as application & administration charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your cancellation/refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (or back to the loan provider, in case you had applied for a loan), within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/loan provider again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
